During my recent stay at Hotel Montecarlo in Viña del Mar, I genuinely appreciated the spaciousness and ocean views from our room, which offered a refreshing escape. The staff, particularly Gabriel at the bar, provided attentive service that made our time there feel special, and the included continental breakfast had a delightful variety. While the indoor heated pool was a blissful spot to unwind despite the chilly weather, the hotel's decor clearly needs some updating to match the beautiful surroundings. For travelers seeking a warm welcome and great views, this central location has its perks, though it may require a more critical eye when it comes to comfort and aesthetics.
